No. The STL pack is a digital product. No physical item will be shipped. Support is one 60-minute online troubleshooting session. No physical product will be shipped.
What is included with the STL Pack?
STL Downloads, Printer Chat, Print Guides, and Announcements. It does not include 1-hour printer support.
What is 1-Hour Printer Support?
One 60-minute online session. Access lasts 3 days. You get Support Chat and a Session Guide. It does not include STL files, physical repair, shipping, or on-site service. It is not lifetime or unlimited support.
How do I pay?
One-time payment, card only. There are no subscriptions.
